At Direct2RetailBC, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Same-Day Shipping:

   • Orders received before 12:00 PM PST will be shipped on the same day.
   • Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Free Shipping:

   • Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $1,000 before tax.
   • This offer is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders.

3. Shipping Rates:

   • For orders under $1,000, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

4. Delivery Times:

   • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

5. Order Tracking:

   • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

   • Currently, we only ship to stores within the Province of British Columbia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
